A clear water-base, low VOC, ready-to-use, breathable penetrating siloxane/silane water repellent for dense concrete and masonry surfaces - brick, cast concrete and stucco. S-20 penetrates and reacts with minerals within the substrate to create a hydrophobic barrier against water absorption. S-20 is an excellent product for protection from efflorescence. It can even be used over concrete and masonry prior to painting.

S-40 penetrates and reacts with minerals within the substrate to create a hydrophobic barrier against water absorption.
