A clear water-base, low VOC, breathable penetrating silane siloxane water repellent for dense concrete and masonry surfaces - brick, cast concrete and stucco. S-20 penetrates and forms a chemical bond with the concrete and morter to resist water absorption. S-20 is a ready-to-use product and does not require dilution at the job site and has a one year shelf life. For concrete block or other very porous surfaces, use OKON W-2 or OKON Plugger.
