| The spread-rate of FINAL SHIELD will vary with the porosity and texture of the surface. Multiple coats of FINAL SHIELD can be applied to increase the durability and the final gloss. |
Application
FINAL SHIELD is ready-to-use, no thinning is required. It appears milky-white when applied but dries clear. There may be some slight ambering when applied over very light colors. It can be applied by brush, 1/8” nap roller, pad or sprayer. Stir, do not shake, before using. Apply an even, thin, wet coat maintaining a wet-edge to avoid lap marks. Allow each coat to dry thoroughly (clear & colorless) before applying additional applications. Work from a container and do not pour product onto surface to spread. Stop application at expansion joints, walls or breaks defined with masking tape. Do not allow product to puddle.
