If a second coat is required, estimate that it will cover 50% more surface area than the first coat. |
| The spread-rate of OKON W-1 will vary with the porosity and texture of the surface. Always apply material to test area prior to general application to establish spread rate. After application, water should bead and sheet off surface. If not, apply an additional coat. OKON W-1 can be recoated after the initial coat is dry, clear and colorless. |
Application
W-1 can be applied by a garden-type sprayer but is best applied by low-pressure airless spray. Use a small to medium size airless pump (.33 - .66 gpm) set at a low pressure (500 psi) and a .015-019” tip. |
