If a second coat is required, estimate that it will cover 50% more surface area than the first coat. |
| The spread-rate of OKON W-2 will vary with the porosity and texture of the surface. A test area must be applied to establish actual spread rate for each surface. After application, water should bead and sheet off surface. If not, apply an additional coat. OKON W-2 can be recoated after the initial coat is dry, clear and colorless. A minimum of two coats are generally required to receive a 5 year warranty. |
| Application
W-2 can be applied by garden-type sprayer but is best applied by low-pressure airless spray. Use a small to medium size airless pump (.33 - .66 gpm) at 500 psi and a .031 tip. |
